Yes, but only if they have either booked direct through Disney within the last 30 days and NOT paid in full, OR they booked with another Travel Agency within the last 30 days, have not paid in full, and the other agency is willing to release it to us (unlikely).  If they meet these criteria, fill out the transfer form in the google drive, send it to the guest to sign, and then send it to the email address on the form.
